Al King has over thirty years of communications experience in the SCADA and Data Communications field. His current responsibilities at Infrastructure Networks, Inc. include interfacing with customers to deliver private LTE wireless communications solutions specifically engineered to meet their unique requirements, as well as working with
Infrastructure Networks’ Engineering Team on product development and managing the INET Customer Support Team.
Most recently, Al served as Director of Application Engineering, Technical Support and later Director of Sales Engineering for Cal Amp Corporation.
Previous to joining CalAmp, he was an Applications Engineer for General Electric MDS, where he was a Subject Matter Expert for their SCADA, video, and voice applications solutions team.
Earlier in his career, he was responsible for project management of SCADA system replacement, control system design and supervision of control system technicians at the Metropolitan Water District in LaVerne, California, and managed installations of large RF and IP networks and systems for Metric Systems Inc.
King received his initial technical education in the U.S.A.F. and served as an Avionics Aerospace Ground Equipment Specialist. Upon completing his service, he continued his education at the University of La Verne, and is also a Cisco Certified Network Associate.
