In her most recent corporate role, she led the Global Talent and Human Experience Design teams at X, the Moonshot Factory, formerly Google X.
AJ is also the author of an award-winning children’s book, which she wrote with her then 10 -year old daughter, "Courage Takes Flight," the book champions literacy and future possibilities, embodying her coaching philosophy rooted in compassion, curiosity, and courage. Her latest book, “A Kids Book About Teams”, is also available on Barnes & Noble and Amazon.
