Aileen McDermott is in her 5th year of teaching in Prince William County Public Schools. She teaches 4th grade and has recently taken on the responsibility of a part-time Instructional Technology coach at her school. She has presented within her county, as well as had presentations accepted for TCEA and FETC. She loves learning about new technology
to better meet the needs of her students and create that personalized learning that helps each student meet his/her full potential. As an educator it is essential that we continue to explore how technology is able to help our students grow as learners and be prepared for whatever their futures may hold!
