Dr. Ady Levy is Vice President and General Manager of Data Analytics and M&A at KLA Tencor. He has over 15 years experience in marketing, engineering, and research and development positions in the semiconductor industry. During his 12 years tenure at KLA-Tencor, Dr. Levy was a key member of core teams, developing innovative inspection and
metrology technologies. He held various operational management positions, including management of the marketing of the overlay and optical CD divisions. Dr. Levy is a co-inventor of more than 20 patents in semiconductor process control, analytical instrumentation and solar cell manufacturing. He received a Ph.D. in physics from M.I.T and a M.Sc. in Physics from the Technion in Israel, and B.Sc. in Math from the Hebrew University.
