A corporate strategy executive with more than a decade of experience in health care and life sciences, Adriel Cha began his career as a venture analyst at Charter Life Science after completing a Bachelor of Science in public health at the University of Southern California. He subsequently enrolled at Baylor University in pursuit of a PhD in

biomedical studies in immunology. While working toward his degree, Adriel Cha led projects as a graduate student at Stanford University School of Medicine working on therapeutic treatments in leukemia, lymphoma, and solid tumor cancers.

After earning his PhD, Dr. Cha served as a corporate development manager at Forty Seven. He spent two years in this role, overseeing commercial development plans for magrolimab through several immuno-oncology indications. He also co-led the company's S-1 drafting that resulted in a successful IPO, and subsequent acquisition by Gilead Sciences. He later served as a life science specialist at L.E.K Consulting. Most recently, he has been involved in corporate development and operations at Orca Bio.

In this latest role, Adriel Cha is responsible for creating the company's clinical strategic roadmap and developing its commercial GMP manufacturing facility. In addition to his corporate strategy work, he has served as a teaching assistant at Stanford University and Baylor University and was a member of the California Academy of Sciences' Hive Advisory Council.
