Dr. Adrian Liew is a Consultant Nephrologist and Chief of Nephrology at the Department Renal Medicine, Tan Tock Seng Hospital in Singapore.
He is also the Associate Program Director of the Internal Medicine Residency Program and is an Assistant Professor of Medicine with the National University of Singapore.
He runs the glomerular disease
and peritoneal dialysis program, and is a principal investigator of various international multicenter trials.
He serves on various international scientific advisory boards and is a member of the National Renal Advisory Committee and Transplantation Advisory Committee for the Ministry of Health, Singapore.
He is the Organizing Chairman of the Congress of the Asian Society of Transplantation in 2015, Honorary Secretary of the Chapter of Renal Physicians, Academy of Medicine Singapore, Executive Committee Member of the Singapore Society of Nephrology and Society of Transplantation, Singapore, and the Subject Editor of the Nephrology Journal.
His clinical research interests include outcomes and treatment of lupus nephritis and IgA nephropathy, peritoneal dialysis program management and peritoneal dialysis catheter placement.
