Since joining Achilles in 2011, Adrian has spearheaded Achilles' global expansion.
He has over 30 years' experience of implementing strategies and improvement programmes for global businesses across the telecommunications, retail, consulting and IT outsourcing industries.This includes two years working as CEO for the listed property
group Bovis Lend Lease, with responsibility for its EMEA region.
In the late 1990s he ran the UK's largest residential cable television, internet and telephony business for Cable & Wireless Communications plc. Over five years, he progressed through the organisation, securing Main Board Director roles in the Global Services, and Strategy and Corporate Development divisions.
In 2006, Adrian was appointed Chief Executive Officer for MessageLabs – a leading anti-virus and spam security company. In November 2008 MessageLabs was acquired by Symantec for £400 million. He was subsequently appointed Senior Vice President of Symantec Hosted Services and became a member of the company's operations board.
In 2011, Adrian became a Non-Executive Director of the independent hosting company UK2 Group.
With an MA from Cambridge University and an MBA from the London Business School, he is married with four children and lives in Hertfordshire.
