Adolfo has worked for Adidas as Global Head of Football FW until 2003. From there he moved on to work for two LaLiga football clubs as Marketing & Sales Director: Real Sociedad SAD and RCD Espanyol de Barcelona where he was involved in the design and built of the Club´s new stadium until 2009. After working as sports consultant for four years,
in 2013 he became General Manager Marketing & Sales of the Spanish Football League (LaLiga), a position he still holds today.
