Adena DeMonte is the Head of Marketing at Reflektive, the leader in modern performance management. She is passionate about helping companies everywhere optimize their manager-employee relationships for maximum productivity and engagement.
Prior to Reflektive, she was Head of Marketing at Keas, the leader in Population Health Management. At Keas,
she is responsible for Corporate and Product Marketing, as well as client communications strategy. Before Keas, Adena led Corporate Marketing at Badgeville, the #1 gamification platform. She joined the company as the first non-founding employee and helped build the global B2B brand with hundreds of enterprise customers and partners.
Adena began her career as a journalist covering technology startups and venture capital at Red Herring Magazine and GigaOm.com. With a growing passion for startups, her next role took her to Diddit.com, an online community for tracking and discovering life experiences, where she was the Community & User Relations manager. She then ran Social Media Marketing for Nokia Point & Find, an image recognition augmented reality (AR) application. In this role, Adena managed Point & Find's social media marketing for Nokia & Tim Kring's Emmy-nominated Alternate Reality Game "Conspiracy for Good."
