Adele Freedman has more than 20 years of extensive experience in law and banking that she can draw upon to help the company's growth. Adele is responsible for all of the company's legal activities, including software licensing, intellectual property, securities, litigation and acquisitions. Adele also serves as Corporate Secretary.
Before joining Antenna, Adele was Associate General Counsel and Managing Attorney at CA, Inc., an enterprise information technology software and solutions company where she managed over $1 billion in acquisitions and divestiture and handled several large public debt offerings and other capital markets transactions as well as general corporate matters for CA and its subsidiaries. Prior to her more than six years at CA, she worked in Silicon Valley, representing numerous private and public technology companies as a Partner at GCA Law Partners, LLP and as a senior associate at Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati. Early in her career, Adele was an associate at White & Case in New York and Paris and also worked in investment banking at CIBC World Markets.
Adele received a Bachelor of Arts in Government from the College of Arts and Sciences at Cornell University, and a Juris Doctor from the Fordham University School of Law.
