Adele Cutting is a BAFTA award winning audio director, who has been working in the games industry for over 20 years. She trained at the National Film and Television School and worked in film post production before moving into the games industry to work at Electronic Arts. She started on titles such as The Darkening, Dungeon Keeper 2 and Populous:
The Beginning, making her way up the ranks to become Senior Audio Director on the Harry Potter Franchise. After 15 years at the company she formed the games audio outsourcing company Soundcuts Ltd. Some of the team's clients include; Microsoft, Creative Assembly, Nickelodeon, TTGames and Fireproof . The Soundcuts team were proud to win the 'Creative Outsourcer Audio' Award at the Develop Awards (UK) in 2017. Adele loves lecturing in game sound at the NFTS and other Universities. She is also a regular juror at the BAFTA Games Awards and the MAS (Music and Sound) Awards. Her areas of expertise are direction, sound design and speech production.
