As Human Resources (HR) Manager for Cravia, Adel is responsible for heading the company’s Human Resources Department and directing and coordinating all human resources activities. Adel brings a wealth of experience to his position, which he took up on joining the organisation in early 2014.
In his previous appointments, Adel has worked with some
of the biggest names in the market, setting up fully integrated Human Resources Departments, revamping organizational structures and implementing working practice changes to ensure efficient delivery. He is fully versed with UAE and GCC labour laws to drive and lead HR strategy.
