Adam sets the Group’s long-term vision, governance, and partnerships - positioning NWG at the nexus of capital, culture, and opportunity. He has led the scaling of its flagship platforms - including Valesco Group, Algbra Group, and Luxury Promise - while developing enduring partnerships with sovereign investors, institutions, and merchant families across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

Over his career, Adam has delivered transformative outcomes, including:

Establishing NWG as a global merchant banking and investment group with $3bn+ AUM. Scaling platforms such as Valesco Group, Algbra Group, and Luxury Promise into sector leaders with international reach. Building long-term partnerships that unite sovereign funds, institutions, and families across continents.

Earlier in his career, Adam held senior roles at global financial institutions including Bloomberg LP, Société Générale Corporate & Investment Bank, Western Asset Management (now part of Franklin Templeton), State Street Global Advisors, and BGC Partners (a subsidiary of Cantor Fitzgerald). At the conclusion of his tenure at BGC Partners, Adam launched New World Group, beginning with the inception of platforms such as Valesco Group and Luxury Promise, laying the foundations for NWG’s entrepreneurial model of originating, funding, and scaling global platforms.

Adam holds a BSc in Applied Mathematics from the University of Glasgow and is an active member of YPO.
