Adam Dexter is a serial entrepreneur and founder coach who specializes in leadership, operations, product management, and team relationships. Adam helps executives/founders scale their companies by upskilling their leadership abilities. Adam was also the first Vice President Of Product of Extracker following their Series A (now
Clearstory.build) where he built their entire product management process and product organization from scratch and grew the product and engineering team from 3 to 18 while contract value on platform surged from $300MM to $100Bn. Prior to that, he was the co-founder, Head of Product, and Chief Strategy Officer of Omni—a tech-enabled physical storage concept based in San Francisco that raised over $35MM—where he oversaw product, creative, brand, R&D, logistics, and the general business strategies that make the company tick. Prior to Omni, Adam served as Head of Production for Summit (Series), where he founded their internal creative production studio, ProCo Design Lab. There, he developed and built custom environments at Summit Eden and world-class events such as Summit at Sea (2011) and as Executive Producer and Creative Director of Summit Basecamp (2012) and Summit Outside (2013).
Adam holds a BA/BS in a self-designed major called New Media Business from American University. He currently lives in San Francisco and enjoys baking, art, and tinkering.
