Abtin Buergari is the founder and CEO of Blueprint. Abtin has years of experience as a Founder and CEO of successful growth-oriented companies in
the legal services industry and has focused his time advising and investing in early-stage, data-oriented technology companies.
In 2008, Abtin founded Modus which went on to change how the electronic discovery (“eDiscovery”) industry managed massive-complex litigation. Modus introduced a technological and business model advancement that accelerated the evidence identification process dramatically. Between 2008 and 2013, Modus’ explosive growth landed it on The Inc. 5000 as the 138th fastest growing company in the US and, more specifically, the U.S.’ fastest growing eDiscovery company. Abtin stepped down as CEO of Modus in 2015 after seeing first-hand the power of combining data-analytics and advertising.
Growing up in the Washington D.C. area, he worked at the WashingtonPost.com in High School, where he first gained experience managing and creating complex databases. Abtin holds two Bachelor’s Degrees from University of Maryland and attended American University Washington College of Law.
