Aaronpal Dhanda graduated from the University of Warwick with a bachelor’s degree in physics. As an alumnus, he retains a keen interest in the ongoing research being carried out by the institution, including that of the Warwick Elementary Particle Physics Group. The latter is engaged in undertaking research into matter’s fundamental particles and
the forces by which these particles interact.
Aaronpal holds a certificate in business analytics and data-driven decision-making, awarded by Cambridge University. This hands-on programme is designed to help participants identify trends, devise experiments and collect data as they navigate the organisational, ethical and legal issues involved in data-based decision-making. During the programme, learners have the opportunity to explore new perspectives alongside a diverse group of international participants to gain the skills needed to make better decisions that are informed by data.
As part of the National Express graduate scheme, Aaron Dhanda had the chance to develop his general management experience within the transport domain. During his time on this leadership acceleration programme, he mentored and trained junior management employees. The National Express graduate programmes are designed to allow participants to continuously develop their knowledge and skills while also building a professional network of colleagues.
To relax, Aaronpal loves to bake cakes, desserts and pastries. He enjoys reading and cites his favourite books as J. R. R. Tolkien’s The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings trilogy; he also appreciates standup comedy and has regularly attended the Edinburgh Festival Fringe to watch live performances. Aaronpal is a fan of DIY and is also interested in gadgets, home automation and building mini robots.
