Aaron McLean, has been active in the startup ecosystem in Philadelphia for years. A few highlights:
• In 2008, Aaron co-founded Philly Startup Leaders, which grew to become the Philadelphia-area’s largest and most active network of startup entrepreneurs. Aaron served a term on the

• In 2011, Aaron launched a monthly Office Hours clinic, sponsored by Corzo Center at University of the Arts, dedicated to mentoring and advising startups (in both the creative and tech ecosystem). (www.ohours.org/aaronmclean)
• In 2011, Aaron launched a speaker/workshop series titled Sell or Go Home: Strategies for Finding Customers, Winning Their Business and Keeping Them for Life, which debuted at the Corzo Center and turned in to a multi-part multi-year series, which continues (current) through 2013, with events planned in to 2014. • In 2012, Aaron was selected by the Corzo Center’s venture initiation program as an entrepreneur mentor to one of its portfolio companies, ADMK, a company seeking to bring about a renaissance in textile manufacturing in Philadelphia. (http://corzocenter.uarts.edu/project/admk)
• In 2012, Aaron was invited to participate as an entrepreneur in residence at GoodCompany Ventures, advising its portfolio companies in the areas of marketing, business development, sales and technology. (www.goodcompanygroup.org)
• In 2013, Aaron was invited to continue as an entrepreneur in residence at GoodCompany Ventures, along with leading panel discussions on value proposition development and running and workshop on lean startup methodology and iterative go-to-market strategies.
• In 2012, Aaron was invited to speak on entrepreneurship to undergraduate and graduate students at University of Pennsylvania.
• In 2013, Aaron was invited to speak on development of minimally viable product, as well as marketing and customer acquisition at Lean Startup Machine in Philadelphia (Drexel University). Aaron also participated as a mentor to LSM startup founders. (www.leanstartupmachine.com)
