Aaron Ipour, also known as Arash Afzalipour, is an entrepreneur and business operator focused on real estate development, financial services, and emerging financial technologies. He is the co-founder and co-president of Megatel Homes, a developer and builder of single-family homes across Texas and Oklahoma. Since co-founding the company with his
brother Zach Ipour in 2006, he has helped grow Megatel from a small renovation business into a regional homebuilding company that has delivered thousands of homes and employs more than a hundred professionals across the region. Megatel began by purchasing, renovating, and reselling existing homes. After successfully completing its early projects, the company transitioned into building new single-family homes in 2007. Over the following years, Ipour helped guide the company’s expansion into multiple markets while maintaining a focus on production efficiency, financial discipline, and long-term relationships with partners and institutions. Within the Megatel organization, Ipour oversees corporate operations and financial strategy. His responsibilities include managing institutional partnerships, maintaining production systems, and coordinating the financial structure that supports Megatel’s development activities and affiliated companies.
