Building the “everywhere” kitchen for everyday household meals, at everyday affordable prices.
We didn’t start Nosh just because we loved food. We started it because we kept running into the same problem — no matter how much money, planning, or technology I had, getting fed well was still harder than it should be.
“Some days I had time but no
energy.” “Some days I had money but no time.” “Some days I had neither” — and my choices were bad food, overpriced food, or waiting too long for food.
That’s when it hit us: This isn’t a personal failure. It’s an infrastructure failure.
Humanity built gas stations everywhere because cars need fuel reliably. But for human bodies — who need “fuel” three times a day — we’ve accepted chaos: lines, delivery delays, inconsistent quality, high prices, and wasted time.
Restaurants are great for occasions. Grocery stores are great if you want to cook. Delivery works if you’re willing to wait and overpay.
But there was nothing built for the everyday moment of “I just need to be fed — now, well, and affordably.” So we stopped asking, “How do we build a better restaurant?” And started asking, “What’s fundamentally a better way to get fed?”
That question led to Nosh Simple’s Kiosk & delivery service. A place where food is already there-for-you — where you don’t wait, don’t tip, don’t guess, don’t compromise — and where the system gets more reliable the more it scales.
Fortifying our society, our democracy begin from fortifying what we eat. Today, we’re inviting partners, franchisees from all corners of life, to build with us. Direct message me if you're interested in helping us build the future food infrastructure.
