While working toward his doctor of dental surgery from the Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Dr. Aaron Cwik received several awards for his research efforts. He presented a lecture on scar modification techniques to the faculty and residents of the Medical College of Wisconsin oral surgery program. Dr. Aaron Cwik
also completed an oral and maxillofacial surgery externship at Milwaukee’s Froedtert Hospital.
Dr. Cwik studied oral surgery at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida. While training at Jackson Memorial, he delivered two presentations at the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Academic Day.
Professionally, Dr. Aaron Cwik has committed to continuing his education, earning credits in subjects such as bone grafting and TMJ treatment. Then, he shifted his focus from oral surgery to dental sleep medicine and orofacial pain. He completed a mini-residency through Ben-Pat Institute in Atlanta, Georgia and became a diplomate of the American Sleep and Breathing Academy. As a general dentist, with his training, he treats patients with oral surgery conditions as well sleep related breathing disorders and TMD.
