Zuvolo provides a mobile app and web portal for planning and managing group events and outdoor activities with integrated live location sharing. The Zuvolo app on iOS and Android lets users connect with friends, register for events using codes, share their location in near real time, and view routes with markers and waypoints. Organisers use the
web portal to create events, upload or build GPX routes, add event markers such as start, finish and checkpoints, and generate participant and staff registration codes. A browser-based Control Room enables real-time monitoring of participant status, battery levels and connection issues, using map views and dashboards. The platform is used by individuals, clubs, companies and charities to coordinate cyclists, runners, hikers and other outdoor participants and to improve event oversight.
