estate ownership with hotel management to support property repositioning and portfolio growth. Its portfolio has included 13 to 14 city-center properties in major Dutch urban and cultural hubs under the Eden Hotels name. These hotels provide lodging, amenities, and guest services for leisure and business travelers across the Netherlands. After its acquisition by Leonardo Hotels, Zien Group continues to function as part of a broader regional hospitality operating platform serving European and United Kingdom markets.
