Yuwa India operates a nonprofit program that combines girls’ football with formal schooling and life-skills education to support girls from marginalized backgrounds. The organization runs daily football practices where participants join structured teams led by trained youth coaches. It also operates a full-time English-medium academic program that
offers core subjects alongside health workshops, leadership training, and university preparation. Through these integrated sports and education programs, Yuwa India helps girls build confidence, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and academic competencies. Older participants receive coach, leadership, and career guidance training that can lead to paid coaching roles and further studies. Yuwa India partners with individual and institutional supporters to sustain its education and sports-for-development initiatives.
