It coordinates wellness navigation and family care coordination services to help families understand options and connect to appropriate mental health resources. YouthWell also delivers Mental Health First Aid and QPR trainings in partnership with community organizations for teens and adults who work with youth. In addition, it convenes a collaborative network of community stakeholders to improve referral pathways, reduce barriers to services, and strengthen coordinated mental health support for young people.
