Yousta operates an urban micro-distillery that produces a range of organic spirits and liqueurs. The company distills seasonal gins, pastis, absinthe, gentian aperitifs, fruit and herbal liqueurs, and malt-based eaux-de-vie using traditional copper and column stills. Yousta sells its products directly through its own boutique and through partner
bars, restaurants, and specialty retailers. It also runs Yousta Bar, a mobile bar service that serves draft beer, cocktails, soft drinks, and hot beverages. In addition, Yousta organizes public distillation workshops focused on gin, whisky, absinthe, and pastis, where participants co-create recipes and leave with bottled products. These activities combine beverage production, on-site and mobile bar service, and educational experiences around spirits and responsible consumption.
