YOUCA is a youth movement that focuses on engaging young people in building a more just and sustainable world through concrete activities and collaboration. The organization designs and runs the annual YOUCA Action Day, during which secondary school students work for a day and donate their wages to youth-led social and environmental projects. YOUCA
also develops workshops, educational trajectories and global citizenship programs for schools and youth groups on themes such as climate, equality, human rights and sustainable economies. Throughout the year it offers campaigns, exchanges and volunteer opportunities that connect young people with peers, civil society organizations and workplace hosts. Its programs combine experiential learning, civic engagement and fundraising to support youth initiatives in Belgium, Europe and internationally.
