YouBed was founded on the basic idea that everyone deserves a good night’s sleep. For the first time, hotels can truly personalize their most important hotel service: a comfortable night of sleep. YouBeds-patented and award-winning “one-bed-fits-all” provides adjustable firmness without loss of comfort, offering every guest the guarantee of a
comfortable bed, despite different preferences.
Based on 2k beds sold to the likes of Mövenpick, Scandic and First Hotels, studies show a significant increase in customer satisfaction (+14% NPS) and revenue (<6 month ROI), motivating a payment model partly based on sharing the increased revenue created by the bed.
So far €5m+ has been invested in company preparations, whereof €1m+ to create a cost-efficient global company setup with Business Sweden and other departments, where trained staff at more than 40 trade supporting offices are ready for a global launch.
A first launch in Sep 2020, which was paused by the consequences of the pandemic on the hospitality industry, saw us featured in +150 news articles & onboard 15 established hotel brands that are now evaluating our product.
With the pandemic behind us and a production capacity of 500 beds/day, we are now planning for a global relaunch in 2023.
