Yes2Ventures delivers employment support through services such as travel support for disabled people, structured employment workshops, and job brokerage and in‑work support. It also operates trading activities, including a microbrewery producing craft ales, to combine commercial income with supported employment opportunities. The organisation works with public bodies and community partners to extend the reach of the social firm model.
