Founded by lifelong tinkerers, Workbench was started after a glaring gap in the market was noticed: while four-year colleges benefit from advanced software and AI tools, trade schools, apprenticeships, and craft workshops are stuck with outdated systems—or none at all.

Workbench is an all-in-one education management system designed specifically for hands-on instructors—from solo workshops to multi-campus trade schools. It includes curriculum and student management, instructor coordination, scheduling, payments, reporting, and a built-in marketplace to help programs attract new students. While the product includes all the tools hands-on educators need out of the box, it also allows them to be a node in our ecosystem; a vast database of students, instructors, courses, etc. On top of that, we’ve built an AI layer that acts a powerful AI recruiter, sales assistant, and support assistant.
