Work Counts provides training, consultancy and implementation support focused on the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) employment support model. The organisation designs and delivers workshops and events for health, social service, education and employment support teams on topics such as IPS practice, mental health and work, information
management and employer engagement. Work Counts conducts IPS fidelity reviews and guided self-assessments to help services measure and improve programme quality against international IPS standards. It offers an IPS Toolkit with operational templates, tools and guidance to support the set-up and delivery of IPS employment services. Work Counts also supplies IPS-related books and resources and participates in national and international IPS learning communities to support consistent practice across providers.
