WiFiBanlv provide a tool for users to connect wifi hotspots in public spaces like airports, railway stations, shopping mall, schools, etc. for free. Allowing them to access unlimited data and lower the barrier for the general public to use mobile internet.
WiFiBanlv buy the data from service providers and allow users to use it for free. Users
will have to accomplish certain 'tasks' to use data, such as advertising on their social media, recommending apps to other friends, shopping online, etc. Another profit model is for customers to pay monthly or yearly to get the VIP service, then they can access to all public wifi everyday without any hassles.
WiFiBanlv launched first app version in July, 2012, supporting 6 million hotspots and reaching 20 million users in just one year. In Sept. 2013, WiFiBanlv ranked No. 6 in free apps. Receiving 4 million CNY investment from Pre-Angel, WiFiBanlv aims to reach 100 million users in 2-3 years.
