Waterjet AG specializes in waterjet cutting and can look back on more than 20 years of company history. In 1989, I started up the first waterjet cutting machine with René Affentranger.
In 1992, they launched Waterjet AG, whose overall direction I took over and brought to the newly founded Waterjet Holding two years later.
After working with four
water jet cutting machines in 1991, they moved into the premises of a former textile factory in 1994 and have since been writing industrial history with their high-tech products.
As they focused fully on waterjet cutting, they were able to continuously strengthen and expand their competencies. These include improvements to existing or new machine development, cutting systems and concepts. Together with their long-standing employees, they succeeded in working for a long time and successfully in an excellent working atmosphere thanks to know-how and quality.
Long-term and sustainability were important to us in every respect. This includes a solid level of self-financing that makes us particularly resistant to crises, but also environmental issues in which they work just as continuously as they are constantly improving their services in waterjet technology.
