Our algorithm classifies and presents candidates using geolocation. We reduce the rotation rate to medium-long term and we accelerate the hiring, saving time (13 hours per process) and money (358 € per process) to the clients, and facilitating the process to the candidates, who live a more human experience, with access to free and continuous training, beyond the selection process.
