We often tend to think that addicts are criminals and we usually forget that addiction is a serious illness. All they need is treatment! Everyone makes mistakes and everyone needs a second chance to take over their life. Yet, that is not what's happening in the world and that frustrates us. It is the case of the 250M person living with addiction worldwide, according to the UN on drug and crime. With 5/6 person not accessing the proper medical care they need.
