Solved develops intuitive software that replaces the manual process of incident management and root-cause analysis in a collaborative way across the whole food supply chain.
Most of the food factories record incidents on paper or Excel sheets. For this reason, they lose a lot of information and a lot of time when managing internal incidents and
customer complaints.
This problem gets even bigger when the entire supply chain (including supermarkets, big corporates, factories…) is involved in the incident resolution process. Everyone works on their own closed system, and the exchange of information about incidents is done through mountains of emails and endless phone calls. That makes collaboration and communication chaotic.
As a result, incidents are never fully resolved and factories will keep having the same issues without acting on root causes; which means that large amounts of resources are wasted.
