VietSoftware International Inc. (often referred to as VSII) is a leading software development and outsourcing company in Vietnam. Since 2005, VSII has inherited the 5 years of VietSoftware Inc. in providing world-class offshore and onsite IT services to prominent clients such as IBM. The company steadily develops its human capital to provide
speed-quality-low-cost software services to clients with IBM-related technologies in the US, Japan and European countries. The company has grown from 20 people start up to a more-than-200-people company with international recognition as a company of choice for software outsourcing services in Vietnam. VSII established a joint venture (Add-On Development, see http://www.add-on-development.com) with a Danish partner (Add-On Product, see http://www.add-on.com) in 2008 to serve European market. In 2009, VSII starts scaling up with a 5-year financial assistance with a mezzanine funding from SEAF Blue Waters Growth Fund. The company’s strengths are talents management, software development and test services.
