What is Viderium?
Viderium Limited is a UK company and data centre manufacturer, which specialises in a variety of data solutions, including the creation and operation of data-mining facilities, producing a range of de-centralised currencies.
How does it work?
Viderium's process is simple - it mines the most profitable and efficient
currencies with a view on short, medium and long-term profits. Viderium's network allows it to source equipment at reduced rates to maximise its profits. Through a crucial partnership, Viderium has secured reduced energy rates, which also improve its bottom line. Viderium’s highly-modular and technically-proven model for growth creation is perfectly placed to take advantage of this booming market.
How safe is a Viderium Bond?
Viderium is at the forefront of electronic currency engineering and to mitigate critical functions for the firm, Viderium has a robust risk management programme in place to manage costs for the company, given increasing demands related to asset pricing and scenario generation. Bondholders hold a floating charge over the company's assets. The Viderium Bond has been approved by a company authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in line with the Financial Services and Markets Act (FSMA).
What is FSMA approval and what does this mean to me as an investor?
A financial promotion approval is a process for a company to undertake that provides prospect investors with a significant degree of assurance, that the investment issuance has been approved by a regulated company in compliance with FSMA regulations and that any offering is "clear, fair and not misleading" and an accurate representation of the company's business model.
The investment issuance has been fully insured by an A Rated insurer for the full capital investment raise and all funds are secured against the full assets of the company by FCA regulated security trustees.
