MTÜ Mägilased is a non-profit sports and recreational club that focuses on archery and bowhunting. The organization supports hunters, field archers, and outdoor enthusiasts who use traditional and compound bows. It develops bowhunting methodologies, promotes safe and ethical hunting practices, and advocates for bowhunting within national and
European frameworks. MTÜ Mägilased organizes local and regional archery events, including the Kotiku Karikas multi-stage competition. It provides structured education such as International Bowhunting Education Program (IBEP) courses and certified proficiency tests needed for legal bowhunting. The club also offers workshops on bow setup, tuning, and shooting technique, and engages youth and adults in 3D archery and field simulation training.
