VersTrade is an online food marketplace connecting food suppliers and food professionals, thus facilitating a short food supply chain. Food suppliers sell their products fast and easily, directly to clients in food service (restaurants, hotels, fast food, catering) and food retail (specialized retail shops, flash delivery, petrol stations) having
full control of assortment and pricing. Food professionals order food products from different suppliers using the VersTrade app (or web app). All ordered products are delivered bundled as one delivery and invoiced on one invoice. Food professionals have full insight into their account and orders. Food retail chains have full control of their purchasing for different retail locations. VersTrade shortens the food supply chain thus lowering carbon emissions and reducing food waste.
