Special software which makes it possible to connect with numerous call centres and operate in the ‘cloud’ has already been created. The project presents an opportunity to effectively utilise unused workstations by renting them from call centres all over the country.
This will in turn grant companies the opportunity to run large projects in a short period of time at minimal cost while maintaining control of all processes. The people hired in these call centres will be working on ‘VCC’ projects and will be able to keep in touch with ‘VCC’ managers over the phone.
