Vardobaiki operates a Sami cultural center that manages and transmits Sami language, history, culture and community life. The organization runs a museum responsible for collecting, preserving, researching and communicating Sami cultural heritage, including objects, archives, immaterial traditions and building conservation. It offers a kindergarten,
language center activities, and educational programs such as language courses and storytelling workshops in collaboration with schools and universities. Vardobaiki provides guided visits for groups, tailored cultural programs on Sami language, reindeer husbandry, health and history, and collaborates with the Gállogieddi Sami open-air museum. It also presents exhibitions of Sami art, publishes and sells books and materials through a webshop, and rents meeting, teaching and kitchen facilities with catering options for events and courses.
