Today they cobble together 3-5 separate SaaS tools — call answering, online booking, insurance verification, reminders, missed-call recovery — that
don't talk to each other. Valian replaces the whole stack with one HIPAA-compliant AI receptionist that picks up every call, books into the practice management system, verifies insurance in real time, and recovers missed calls. Multi-tenant by design, BAA-covered, with first customer onboarding in June 2026.
