UANT is a physician group practice that provides professional medical services in the medical specialty of urology. MCNT is a multi-specialty physician practice group that provides medical services to patients throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area. IMPEL provides management and consulting services to physician practices nationally.

USMD began in 1994 with the creation of US Lithotripsy and has grown and expanded its services to include: twenty-three lithotripsy partnerships nationwide, two general acute care hospitals in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, a CyberKnife facility in Fort Worth, Texas and ten cancer treatment centers nation-wide. It currently serves the DFW metroplex with 240 physicians and associate practitioners, and provides healthcare services to patients across 18 different specialties at its hospitals, cancer treatment centers and physician clinics.
