Usantis is a B2B SaaS platform that provides companies outside the EU with an official EU representative as required under Article 27 of the GDPR. US, UK and other non-EU businesses that offer goods or services to people in the EU must appoint a representative inside the Union to act as their contact point for data subjects and supervisory
authorities. Usantis delivers this as a fully digital, self-service subscription: customers sign up, pass a sanctions and identity check, sign their representation mandate digitally and embed a trust badge, typically in about five minutes. The service includes a physical EU postal address, a named legal representative, DSAR and authority-inquiry handling, a multilingual request portal, a hosted compliance page and a ROPA vault. All data is hosted in the EU (Germany). Plans start at €99 per month. Usantis is operated by Revis-1 LLC.
