Clinical trial budgeting has historically been a manual, spreadsheet-driven process that delays study startup by weeks or months. TrialPro replaces that workflow with intelligent
automation — generating study budgets directly from protocols, benchmarking fair market value (FMV) rates against industry data, and performing automated Medicare coverage analysis aligned with NCD 310.1 requirements.
For research sites, TrialPro identifies which procedures are billable to Medicare vs. the sponsor, catches unbudgeted work, and produces defensible budgets in minutes. For sponsors and CROs, the platform provides transparent benchmarks and accelerates site activation by reducing budget negotiation cycles.
TrialPro addresses a critical gap in the clinical research technology stack. While clinical trial management systems (CTMS) handle study tracking and regulatory workflows, no widely adopted software existed to automate the financial side: budgeting, coverage analysis, and FMV benchmarking. UpSite Clinical was founded to solve this problem with purpose-built AI that never exposes protocol data to public models.
