Connectors (business leaders, investors, networkers) are sent job-seekers and job opportunities on a daily basis. They are hubs of referral activity. Companies want them to recommend candidates. Candidates want them to provide intros to companies.
But playing match maker is time-consuming and requires a Superman-like memory to keep track their personal relationships to connect the dots between job seekers and companies.
