Tudor Gold Corp., formerly Kaizen Capital Corp., is a junior exploration company. The Company is engaged in the exploration and development of several exploration properties in the Skeena Mining Division, northwestern British Columbia. Its principal projects are joint ventures on the Electrum property and the Treaty Creek property in the Golden
Triangle area north of Stewart, British Columbia. It also has interest in the Mackie, Eskay North, Orion, Fairweather, Delta and the High North properties. The Treaty Creek Project covers an area of approximately 17,130 hectares. The Electrum property covers an area of over 650 hectares. The Company is evaluating the potential for outlining a high-grade zone of mineralization similar to the Premier and Brucejack projects.
