By 1996 TS&M Supply had expanded to six stores; four in Saskatchewan and two in Manitoba. Three of these stores served the Oilfield Supply business and the other three stores served the Industrial Supply business.

In January 1997 TS&M Supply was sold to a larger chain of stores, and sold once again in 1998. It is now part of the National Oilwell Varco distribution chain of stores.

Although it is now owned by a larger chain of stores, TS&M has maintained its local identity and is still managed by a local group of people. Its local head office remains in Estevan; where the whole business originated so many years ago.

Perhaps one of the biggest factors in setting TS&M Supply apart from the competition is its firm belief in supporting their community at a local level. They are very proud of the fact that they are now, and have always been, a very active Community Leader and supporter. Fortunately, NOV shares this belief and has allowed them to continue what they started so many years ago.

Although it began as a one store business, TS&M Supply has currently expanded into 13 locations; 9 of which are oilfield supply stores, and four of which are industrial supply stores. They now have branches in Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Alberta & Ontario, currently employing about 135 people.

TS&M Supply distributes a full line of oilfield & industrial products. It provides service, repair & technical assistance for Centron fiberglass, bottom-hole pumps, PC pumps, Multiplex pumps, and safety equipment. It also has a full service shop for pumps, valves, meters, gauges, etc.
