Some Christian institutions seek a broader student body, but as a ministry of Trinity Baptist Church, Trinity Baptist College’s academics are intended solely for Christians. All of its bachelor’s degree programs are based on helping students to spread the gospel, regardless of their career choice.
Some programs, like Pastoral Theology, Young
Ministry and Worship Studies, are for students who wish to join the ministry. But even those leading to secular careers take a religious approach. The Education program, for example, prepares students to teach in the Christian classroom.
Trinity Baptist College also offers associate’s degrees in Interdisciplinary Studies and Office Administration. Its graduate school has master’s programs in Bible and Education. Like the bachelor’s degree programs, these curricula are all rooted in Christianity.
To help cultivate faith even further, TBC has a number of student ministries. These ministries give students the chance to help the community and spread the gospel of Jesus in a variety of ways. Service opportunities range from Children’s Bible Fellowship to Nursing Home Ministry.
The school is located in Jacksonville, Florida, which features some great shopping and dining, and is a mere two hours away from Orlando and Tampa.
