Since founding TDV in late 2013, they have acquired Gracenote, EPG Systems, and TV by the Numbers. They invested in Mashable, one of the Web’s most influential digital properties, and launched their first product, Newsbeat. They have also reimagined and re-launched Zap2it, a resource for millions of TV fans and Hollywood insiders and What’s-ON.
